Silvan Perfect Flooring is the perfect name for this company because the job they did for me was just perfect. I had to replace the carpet for our main room in the house. Kyle was really good showing us the different types and colors of the carpeting available and explained to us very clearly the different prices and why some were more expensive than others. We settled in the carpet we wanted. We told him we needed it installed in a couple of days. He made it possible and we had our new carpet installed really fast. The carpet once it was installed looked beautiful and perfectly installed. They cleaned up everything before they left and we had a beautiful brand new carpet at a very reasonable price and installed in just a few days. Excellent service in all areas. Since first time I found Sylvan Perfect Flooring, I have always used them for my floor work. In the past few years, they have done great jobs on multiple my managed properties. They always give me the best advice and the best rates. They have professional skills and attitude. They always show up on time and complete the job on time.
